Magnificent Mile Lights Festival, Nov 23
A procession of floats, starting on Oak Street, marked the switching on of the Christmas lights along Michigan Ave. The event culminated in a firework display on the Chicago River - and a drink at the Peninsula.
Mickey Mouse led the tree-lighting procession.
