Summer Gala with Nicolas Cage, Jul 19
We went to the Chicago Film Festival's Summer Gala at Navy Pier where actor, director and producer Nic Cage was presented with the Career Achievement Award. He sat at the 'LA table' while colleagues showered him with accolades and a montage of movie clips played on the big screen.
The LA table is the rectangular one in the centre of the Grand Ballroom.
