Christmastime in New York, Dec 4-6
I joined Mike for a cold and snowy couple of days in the Big Apple.
We had dinner at Keens Steakhouse in Midtown with Marc and Abbe.
I visited Rockefeller Plaza just as it started snowing.
Then after lunch a Broadway show.
Frank with Caspar, who was taking a break from writing a letter to St Nicholas.
I had breakfast al fresco in a bitterly cold Bryant Park.
Grand Central Terminal (the largest train station in the world) and the Chrysler Building (briefly the world's tallest building before it was overtaken by the Empire State Building in 1931).
Shopping in Soho.
And in Solita.
And in Nolita.
I stopped off at 34th St to admire Macy's Christmas lights on the way back to our hotel on 47th.
