Our Wedding Day, Aug 2
Following Mike's proposal in NYC's Central Park on Valentine's Day, we tied the knot in front of a judge at Cook County Courthouse on a hot Friday afternoon. The ceremony lasted all of three minutes! After a celebratory drink with my parents, and photos on the beach, we met up with friends and colleagues for a Champagne reception in the fabulous Palm Court of the Drake Hotel. Later we moved on to the Capital Grille, famous for its vodka-pineapple cocktails.
